There’s the difference between waking up in the morning to start following schedule and lazing around the house all day. Motivation is the crucial element in setting and attaining goals- and research shows you can influence your own levels of motivation and self-control.
This is my try to do just that. Motivation is like a rare pokemon, hard to catch but powerfull when attained. Sometimes its easy to get motivated but problem is what to do when that thrilling feeling disappears. It will be hard to follow this schedule but I have more experience now with schedules so I am motivated to do this right this time.
So explaining process should be easy. So I’ll just mention just few words which are: Chess, Foreign language, Tradiotional Martial Art, Physical activity and Radiology.
